What you forgot to mention here is that the only thing that all of the 6 or 8 consumed was the excessive amount of Mixture of ALCOHOL. ![]() First of all I would like to point out that our kitchen is certified as A+ from the Public Health Ministry, its very clean, and to the highest standard, and as I told you and I'm going to repeat it again, on the night you were here, No one else complained about how he got sick the day after, not even myself and all my staff, as we all ate a meal after service, and it was cooked in the same kitchen !! Im stating this, as you said it was 6 when you called, but anyway, there wasn't an item that all the 6 or 8 of you ate the same, so basic theory says, that if you all took different Starters and main courses, it had to be something in the whole kitchen, and trust me it wasn't the case. Since you didn't explain nothing about food and beverage, I am going to. I would go to this restaurant again and even recommend it to others as the food is very good but I would make a point of requesting a table away from the main door and nowhere near a speaker! I would also suggest from our experience that the service is better elsewhere - still that's what the tip is there to say I guess.ĭear Mr. At no point did anyone come ask if 'everything was OK' and as the staff walked past, presumably on their way to the kitchen they would simply grab any plates that they assumed we had finished with. The staff were what I can only call disengaged and disinterested, perhaps it had been a long day. This has to be the worst table in the restaurant, the door is in in constant use by staff going to and from another part of the restaurant and by other diners coming and going and going to the loos, all of which makes it busy and also draughty which in December means cold. When we arrived we where simply pointed back up to, not shown to, a table right by the door we had just walked in. I booked a table for 2 at this restaurant for 8pm on evening of 26/12, a booking I made at the beginning of October as I expected the restuarant would be busy over the festive period. Unfortunately that is where my praise ends. I would congratulate the chef and kitchen staff on the quality of the food they serve although I think the portions could be slightly smaller. ![]()
